All goods returned to New Magic must have an RA Number printed clearly on the outside of the box (do not write directly on any cartons containing DOA items). Goods can only be returned from an Australian address. Goods must be returned within 7 days of an RA number being issued by New Magic Australia. All goods returned without a valid RA Number will be rejected and returned to sender. All goods returned for warranty must have a specific fault description above (the following descriptions are not acceptable FAULTY, NOT WORKING or DOA). All warranty items NOT distributed by New Magic will be rejected. Product(s) returned to New Magic Australia under a Warranty Return Authorisation (RA) that are found not to be faulty may incur a processing fee.
