Updated Product ETAs For New Models

We have updated the 'New Product Shipping Status' for all models that are yet to become available, with revised estimates extending into Q4.

The Blackmagic Design factory has been working incredibly hard to manufacture the products announced at NAB this year, and we have seen further models commence shipping this month. We have been reassured that Blackmagic Design is prioritising the production and availability of these products, and we remain hopeful that further models will begin shipping in the coming weeks.

The Blackmagic UpDownCross 100G is a powerful 8-channel standards converter with native SMPTE-2110 connections via 100G Ethernet. It converts up to 8 separate channels of SD, HD and Ultra HD video to any other standard simultaneously.

The professional 1RU design features front-to-back cooling that's very quiet! It also includes redundant 100G Ethernet for full SMPTE-2022-7 compliance, dual redundant AC power supplies and a separate NMOS control port for connecting to control networks!

New Software: DaVinci Resolve 21.1

Blackmagic Design has announced DaVinci Resolve 21.1, a major new update that introduces AI assistant integration allowing customers to efficiently manage tasks such as organizing media or batch rendering, as well as expanded support for camera formats on the photo page. The Fusion 3D and shape tool kit is further expanded the with over 25 new Krokodove tools, plus there are over 100 new tools and controls for faster editing and color grading workflows.
